Job Overview:

Join our team as a Tele caller and be the voice of our exceptional services! We are looking for individuals who can provide top-notch customer service over the phone. As a Telecaller, you'll engage with customers who inquire about our services, providing them with accurate information and ensuring their satisfaction. With 100 calls per day, you'll have the opportunity to focus on each interaction and gather valuable feedback to help us continually improve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about our services.

- Provide detailed information about our services and answer any questions or concerns.

- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the call.

- Listen actively to customer feedback and suggestions.

- Record customer inquiries and feedback accurately in the database.

- Collaborate with the team to address any customer issues or concerns effectively.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills .

- Customer service experience is preferred but optional.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.

- Patience and empathy in handling customer inquiries and concerns.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
