Telecalling Executive for Real Estate
The Telecalling Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about properties, scheduling viewings, and following up on inquiries. This role supports lead generation and enhances customer experience in the real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming client calls, offering comprehensive information about properties, pricing, and availability. Initiate outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers, introduce property listings, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Property Information: Provide details about property features, pricing, and availability. Assist clients in selecting properties based on their preferences.
• Scheduling: Arrange property viewings and schedule site visits for clients.
• Lead Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with leads, follow up on viewings, and nurture potential clients.
• Record Keeping: Update status with client interactions, appointments, and lead status.
• Customer Service: Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about property trends and the company's portfolio.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology (preferred).
• Previous telecalling or sales experience (preferred).
• Organizational and time management skills.
This role is key to driving business growth and delivering excellent client service in the real estate sector.
