Job Description

• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote .
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional manner, providing accurate information and addressing their queries.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads from call lists, and maintain accurate records of interactions and leads.
• Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and convert prospects into customers.
• Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and call details into the CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the team to improve products, services, or processes.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to telemarketing.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in sales/marketing is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
