We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team for real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on achieving quantitative goals, converting online leads into qualified visits, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers from provided online leads.
Persuade prospects to visit our project site.
Ensure a minimum of 30 qualified Customer visits per month.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Previous experience in tele calling or sales is a plus.
