Position : Telecaller
Department : Sales/Customer Service
Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound/Inbound Calls :
• Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales, follow-ups, or customer service.
• Handle incoming calls from customers to address their queries or concerns.
• Customer Engagement :
• Explain products or services and address inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain a polite, positive, and helpful attitude during calls.
• Lead Management :
• Generate and qualify leads by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Update and manage the customer database with accurate call records and details.
• Sales Target Achievement :
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales objectives.
• Promote offers and campaigns to boost customer interest and conversion.
• Problem Solving :
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Follow-ups :
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages Required].
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office and CRM software.

Work Environment :

• Office-based or remote (depending on company policy).

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?16,285.83 per month
