Job Description
• Making sales : Generating sales by making cold calls to existing and potential customers
• Building relationships : Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
• Providing information : Informing potential customers about the company's products and services
• Collecting data : Engaging with existing customers to collect data on the company's products and services
• Providing customer support : Answering customer queries and providing pricing details
• Maintaining records : Maintaining daily call records and submitting daily progress reports
• Meeting targets : Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Staying updated : Staying updated with market trends
• Adapting sales pitches : Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
