Maximizes the sales opportunities, resolve customer complaints.
Skill set required:
Customer Service and Tele calling skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference.
