• Contact and convert leads generated through digital channels (Google Ads, social media, email campaigns).
• Promote hospital services like health check-ups, online consultations, and wellness programs.
• Upsell and cross-sell packages and services to maximize revenue.
• Address client inquiries and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system with accuracy.
• Provide feedback on digital campaigns to improve lead quality and engagement.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.
• Monitor and report performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive patient referrals and hospital growth through effective telephonic communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
