Your Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Engage with customers via calls and emails to resolve queries and provide exceptional service.
Database Management: Maintain accurate client records in CRM software.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism Relationship Building: Ensure long-term client satisfaction by nurturing relationships.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback for process improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Minimum graduate in any field.
Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
Personality: Polite, confident, and customer-focused.
Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior experience in customer service or CRM is an advantage.
