JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Interacting with potential clients via various channels, such as chat, emails, social media and direct calls and selling digital services SEO, SMM, Website development/design etc.
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• To initiate the telephonic conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sales
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases of IT service industry
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
Requirements
• Work experience as a Tele caller, Lead Generation Executive, or a similar role in the Sales
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills
