The suitable candidate will be communicative Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a vital role in generating new leads and driving sales through outbound calls

• Effectively communicate product features and benefits, tailoring your pitch to address specific customer needs.
• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our exciting products and services.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections with clear and persuasive communication.
• Secure appointments for sales representatives or close deals directly over the phone (depending on the company's structure).
• Sales Target: Achieve sales targets through effective communication and follow-up with leads.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building rapport with potential customers.
• Follow established scripts and protocols to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery.
• Follow up on potential customer leads to drive sales.
• Maintain an updated database of customer information and call details.
• Target-based incentives will be offered along with a basic salary.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in Automobile/FMGC sector

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
