Job Description

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers in a clear, positive, and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of customer support systems and technology. Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. We provide training to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult or upset customers calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
