Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in MS-Excel.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and achieve performance goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
