: We are urgently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident phone manner, and the ability to engage with clients and prospects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Handling inbound calls and providing information about our services.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Scheduling appointments and follow-up calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly call targets.
• Updating the CRM system with call details and client information.
• Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
