We're hiring for Tele caller/ Customer Support Executive for Noida Sec 6 location.

Roles & Responsibilities includes:
1. Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products or services, follow up on previous interactions, or gather information.
2. Handling Inbound Calls: Answering calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about products or services.
3. Customer Service: Assisting with customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
4. Updating Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
5. Following Scripts: Using pre-written scripts to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies, while also being able to adapt to the conversation as needed.
6. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, call quotas, or other performance metrics set by the organization.
7. Reporting: Providing regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to supervisors or managers.
8. Market Research: Gathering feedback from customers to help the company understand market trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
9. Maintaining Professionalism: Communicating clearly and professionally, handling objections gracefully, and adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
