1. Job Summary:

2. Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from lists provided or sourced independently.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments for product or service improvement.
3. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking style.
• Sales Skills: Ability to sell products or services and handle objections.
