We are urgently hiring Customer Care Agent / Tele Caller who will be responsible to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons like take booking, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
At the same time to handle driver incoming calls for various reasons like confirm booking, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.

Responsibilities and Duties
Tour & Travel based Company where the Customer Care Executive will be involve in Entire customer support over the calls including Handle Customer Quires, Take Bookings, Assist throughout the journey from pick up to drop, Take Feedback calls and close the Bills etc.
At the same time will handle all the Driver-related issues and assist them to assign duties, provide correct customer pick-up & drop information, update them the latest offers in details etc.
Requirement
-Excellent Communication Skills.
-Must be able to handle customer queries.
-Problem Solving Skills.
-Well-versed with basic knowledge of computer.
-Ready to work for rotational shifts.
