Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about our services, addressing inquiries, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote company services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
• Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?29,372.46 per month

• Day shift
