Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with potential clients over the phone. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the IT/software industry.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
