: Telecaller Executive
Location: Udaipur (Bhatt Ji Ki Bari, near American Hospital)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain the company's products and services to customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and ensure conversion where applicable.
• Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and details.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements and trends to the management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
• Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language(s) as per requirement, e.g., Hindi, English].
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM software is an advantage.
