Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in the real estate market, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for real estate properties. Introduce and promote various properties available for sale, rent, or lease. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to understand customer requirements. Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and locations to clients. Schedule appointments or meetings for field agents and clients. Follow up on inquiries and leads, and track client responses. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments. Resolve any client queries or issues in a professional and timely manner. Keep up to date with market trends, property listings, and industry developments. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead conversion.
