2. Explain property details like location, amenities, pricing, and features to potential buyers or tenants.
3. Understand client needs and requirements to determine if they are a good fit for available properties.
4. Coordinate property viewings and site visits with potential clients and real estate agents.
5. Maintain consistent contact with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture interest and address any concerns.
6. Ability to clearly articulate information, answer questions, and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
7. Convincingly present property benefits and overcome objections to generate interest in a listing.
8. Carefully listen to client needs and concerns to tailor responses accordingly.
9. Efficiently manage a high volume of calls and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule.
