Job Role:

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our doctor's clinic in Attapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities and reception duties efficiently to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call patients from the provided database to share clinic services and generate leads.
• Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Greet and assist patients visiting the clinic with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Address inquiries and provide relevant information about clinic services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and patient data.
• Oversee front-desk operations, ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Intermediate) or any graduate.
• Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle both telecalling and reception responsibilities efficiently.
