Job Title: Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Tele callers to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, or clients to sell products or services, provide information, or follow up on leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, or clients to sell products or services, provide information, or follow up on leads

- Build rapport with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide solutions

- Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software

- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a call center or telemarketing environment

- Familiarity with CRM software and technology

- Bilingual or multilingual skills

- English, Hindi, Telugu Mandatory Skills

- Any Two Language Must & Stood

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per month
