Square Select Estates is seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives, both fresh business school graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience in real estate sales. This role involves engaging with potential clients, showcasing property offerings, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property presentations and virtual tours.
- Negotiate deals and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide clients with accurate information.
- Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
For Fresh Graduates:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation, customer-centric approach, and willingness to learn.
For Experienced Candidates (Up to 2 Years):
- Proven sales experience in real estate or a similar field.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and transaction processes.
