About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. This position plays a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to introduce products or services.

• Answer incoming calls from customers, provide product information, and resolve queries.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, customer inquiries, and referrals.

• Maintain detailed records of conversations and update CRM systems with customer information.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed call targets and sales quotas.

• Strong communication skills in either Telugu, English and Hindi, with a pleasant and professional phone manner.

• Confidence in handling both outbound and inbound calls in high-volume environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
