A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is a company representative who generates sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone:
• Generate sales : Make cold calls to existing and potential customers, and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment
• Build relationships : Foster relationships with existing clients and build rapport with potential clients
• Provide information : Present products or services, explain their benefits, and provide pricing details
• Manage customer concerns : Resolve customer issues and concerns
• Collect customer data : Gather data on the impact of the company's products or services, and relay it to the relevant departments
• Maintain databases : Organize customer information in databases
• Follow guidelines : Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology
• Create reports : Make reports and documentation based on conversations with customers
