Job Summary:
The Telecaller Executive is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to prospective or existing customers, addressing their queries, promoting products or services, and achieving predefined sales or service targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Outreach:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information or solutions.
• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert leads into sales by persuading customers through effective communication.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Update and manage customer databases for follow-ups and future references.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
• Feedback & Improvement:
• Collect customer feedback and report to management to improve products, services, and processes.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and practice.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasive and able to handle customer objections effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Multilingual skills (if required for the role) are a plus.
