Job Summary:
We're looking for an exceptional Telecaller to generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services
- Generate leads, set appointments, and convert leads into sales
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/sales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (added advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Familiarity with CRM software (desirable)
