A tele caller is responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone. Here are some key aspects of the role:

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation : Reaching out to potential clients to generate interest in products or services.
• Customer Support : Assisting existing customers with inquiries or issues.
• Sales : Promoting and selling products or services over the phone.
• Follow-Up : Keeping in touch with leads and clients to nurture relationships.
• Data Entry : Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication : Strong verbal skills to convey information clearly.
• Persuasion : Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
• Listening Skills : Understanding customer needs and responding appropriately.
• Patience : Managing difficult conversations calmly.
• Time Management : Efficiently handling calls and managing schedules.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a high school diploma; some positions may prefer a degree.
• Experience in sales or customer service is often beneficial.

Work Environment:

• Telecallers may work in call centers, remotely, or in a company's sales department.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
