Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about our products/services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up with leads and conduct follow-up calls as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
