: Telecaller Executive
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and promoting our exciting real estate opportunities. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, sparking their interest, and scheduling appointments with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct outbound calls as per standard script.
? Effectively communicate the benefits of our properties and services.
? Answer client inquiries and address their concerns with clear and concise information.
? Qualify leads by understanding their needs and budget constraints.
? Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our sales representatives.
? Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with potential clients.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service role (preferred).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially verbal in English as well as Telugu.
? Strong telephone etiquette and ability to engage clients in a positive and professional manner.
? Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
? Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
? Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
