Job Responsibilities

? Enthusiastic professionals with good communication skills local language and English.

? Should be able to present the service in a structured professional way.

? Should be able to maintain and develop relationships with existing/New donors via telephone calls.

? Should be confident & should have excellent interpersonal skills

? Make telephone calls to prospect donors.

? Should be able to make desired number of calls, both Cold calls and Warm calls as per target.

? Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

? Maintain confidentiality.

? Use organization script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls.

? Record details of opportunities and lead notes

? Should be able to work with a Team.

? Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

? Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
