Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Telecaller Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide relevant information. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned by the team lead. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign strategies. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Fluency in [Languages Required, e.g., English and Tamil].

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
