The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services, handle customer inquiries, and generate leads. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and enhancing our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Follow-up: Follow up on customer inquiries and leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and sales teams to improve our offerings and strategies.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activities, leads generated, and sales achieved.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and resilient, with the ability to handle rejections.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
