Job Overview:

Shaadi.com is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele caller Executive as a Product Advisors to join our Chennai team. Freshers are welcome! You will assist potential customers by providing information about Shaadi.com services, helping them find the best match, and driving sales through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Shaadi.com services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
• Answer queries, provide detailed service information, and guide customers through the process.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Freshers welcome, no prior experience required. Training provided.
