Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with leads generated through the company's CRM system.
• Engage with potential clients to provide information, answer queries, and promote products/services.
• Convert leads into sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tele calling or tele sales role, preferably with a focus on real estate or Interior Designing sales
• Fluent in Tamil and English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
