Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about skincare services, offers, and promotions.
• Answer inbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Respond to client queries regarding treatments, procedures, and product recommendations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments using the clinic's booking system.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and management.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback and address any concerns.
• Follow up on missed appointments and re-engage clients for future bookings.
• Promote special offers, treatment packages, and new services to prospective clients.
• Persuade potential clients to book consultations or treatments by explaining the benefits and features.
• Update and maintain accurate client records in the clinic's database.
• Record call outcomes and client feedback.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service and build positive relationships.
• Ability to engage clients, promote services, and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Efficient in managing multiple calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with skincare treatments and products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to use appointment scheduling software, CRM tools, and maintain client records.

Experience:

• Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or skincare industries & IT).
• Fluent in English, Tamil & Hindi with a friendly and professional tone.

Working Hours:

• [9AM-7PM]
• Flexibility for weekends if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
