Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
Looking for candidate who can be fluent with Tamil and English.
Immediate joiner only preferred.
Only localities from Chennai are preferred.
Both Male and Female can apply.
Only experienced candidate between 6 months to 2 years can apply.
:
• Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
• Answer potential clients' questions about home improvement projects or goals
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules
• Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
• Train other telemarketers when required
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Singanallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
