We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at INFINITY NOTIONS. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive personality, and the ability to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Update customer information in the database accurately.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and report to the team leader on performance and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.

Pay: ?8,439.69 - ?30,859.14 per month
