Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain our solar products, services, and benefits to potential customers.
Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet certain criteria.
Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain an organized database of prospective customers and leads.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Achieve monthly targets and goals set by the company.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.
Knowledge of solar energy products and the renewable energy industry is preferred.
