Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain our solar products, services, and benefits to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet certain criteria.
- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an organized database of prospective customers and leads.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Achieve monthly targets and goals set by the company.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas are met and exceeded.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.
- Knowledge of solar energy products and the renewable energy industry is preferred.
