JD for Call Center:
Job Purpose: The Call Center Officer plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to clients of the NBFC through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer queries, provide updates, and gather necessary information.
• Issue Resolution:
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution as needed.
• Data Management:
• Enter and update customer information in the database during each interaction to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, policies, and procedures during customer interactions.
• Participate in quality assurance programs to monitor and improve call center performance and customer satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare daily call logs, reports, and summaries of customer interactions for management review.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries or issues and provide feedback to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required], with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
