Responsibilities:
1. Make phone calls to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
2. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.
3.Answer customer questions and provide information about our products/services.
4.Meet daily/weekly targets for the number of calls made.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
-Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
