Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, and existing customers to promote Garuda Aerospace's products and services.
Handle inbound calls to address customer queries, provide information, and resolve concerns.
Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture leads and close deals.
• Sales Support:
Generate qualified leads for the sales team by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for field sales executives.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Multilingual Communication:
Communicate effectively in English and at least two local languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi) to engage a diverse audience.
Build trust and rapport with customers by speaking their preferred language.
• Market Research & Feedback:
Conduct market research during calls to identify trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and suggestions to the marketing and product teams based on customer feedback.
• Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as set by the management.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
Prior experience in tech, agriculture, or industrial sales is a plus.
• Skills:
Fluent in English and at least two local languages (e.g., Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
