Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller at Apollo Clinic Silchar, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in representing our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• •Professional Patient Interaction: •Greet patients in a courteous and calm manner, ensuring that every patient feels valued and respected.

• •Problem-Solving: • Listen actively to patient concerns and provide solutions or assistance as necessary. Be adept at handling challenging situations and finding resolutions.
• •Conversion Skills: • Leverage your communication skills to persuade and convert inquiries into appointments or service bookings.
• •Conflict Resolution: • Possess outstanding conflict management abilities and address patient grievances during negotiations, ensuring a positive outcome.
