Job Description
We are urgently Hiring for Telecaller Executive for IT Comapny. who have confidence, assertiveness, resilience, excellent communication, language proficiency, interpersonal skills, team-working skills, organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Regular telephonic calls to the leads given by the company and brief them about the various options available to them according to their need.
Make regular and necessary follow-up with the leads in order to convert them into clients.
Regular calls to the students and parents about different student course options available with us.
Counsel the students/ clients with up-to-date work information
Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Iwork
Good time management abilities.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
Shift: - 09:20 AM to 06:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Jadwal:
• Day shift
Work Location: In person
