We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our diverse range of automotive products, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with a variety of clients. This position demands strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for the automotive sector.

•Responsibilities: •

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information about our automotive products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Follow-up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, features, and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.

•Requirements: •

• Graduate/ High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into sales.
• Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure during customer conversations.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems for effective lead management.
• Must be a self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
