  • Fresher - 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
