Job Title: Telecaller - Textile Industry Experience: 2 years+ Minimum Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the textile industry to introduce our products/services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Understand client requirements and provide information or solutions accordingly.
Keep accurate records of interactions and update the customer database.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
