Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain the company's products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
Resolve customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the manager.
Collect feedback and share insights for improvement.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office or CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What We Offer:
Fixed salary between ?15,000 - ?18,000 based on experience and skills.
